At this time, our website offers standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Please read below for specific information regarding express shipping and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and international destinations.
Estimated order processing times Favors without personalized tags leave the warehouse in 1-3 business days. Favors with personalized tags leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days. Personalized gift items leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days. Personalized candles ship separately in 5-8 business days.
Orders are shipped from various warehouses throughout the country. Orders may be shipped from different locations in separate packages and arrive on separate delivery dates. When this is the case, our standard shipping rates still apply (you will not be charged additional shipping when orders are sent in multiple shipments).

2nd Day Air and Overnight Shipping
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping via our website. Please call or email us for an estimate, including the item number, item name, quantity, delivery zipcode and date needed so we can provide you with an accurate estimate.
Favor orders can be extremely heavy when large quantities are purchased, leading to excessively high 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping charges (sometimes in the hundreds of dollars). If express shipping is desired, please call or email us for an express shipping estimate.
Personalized orders (favor tags or engraved gifts) take time for processing before they are shipped. 2nd Day Air does not mean that the order will be delivered in two days, since this does not take into account processing time. For this reason, we do not offer express shipping on our site, asking that you contact us if 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping is needed. We will give you an approximate delivery date and cost.
We highly recommend ordering favors or personalized gifts at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure on-time delivery. Please call us if you have any questions at 800-899-7066.
Canada and Overseas Shipping Hawaii & Alaska: All shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are required by UPS to ship via 2-day air. Please
email us with your requested purchase, shipping address and contact information. We will respond with
the shipping charges and process your order over phone. Canada: All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface. Please email us with your requested
purchase, shipping address and contact information. We will respond with the shipping charges and
process your order over phone. **Your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges
collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery. Favors & Frills is not
responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges. International: We currently do not ship orders to international destinations.
