Most items ship in 3-5 business days. Items may be shipped in separate packages.

Shipping Rates

Hawaii & Alaska: All shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are required by UPS to ship via 2-day air. Please email us with your requested purchase, shipping address and contact information. We will respond with the shipping charges and process your order over phone.
Canada: All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface. Please email us with your requested purchase, shipping address and contact information. We will respond with the shipping charges and process your order over phone. **Your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery. Engraved Impressions is not responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges.
International: We currently do not ship orders to international destinations.

PRODUCT RETURNS
At Favors & Frills we truly strive for total customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If you are ordering a custom item (including engraved, debossed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized), please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Once we receive your order, production begins the same or next day on most items, making corrections to personalized orders impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces unless the product is defective and we will always make efforts to ensure your satisfaction.

Call us for assistance to be sure you are entering your custom information into our online ordering system to help ensure the item will personalized as you desire.

NOTE: The customer will be charged the original shipping cost for returns of items that were shipped Free of Charge.

Upon delivery, please open and inspect your gifts immediately. Damage claims and merchandise defects must be reported to Favors & Frills Customer Service within 5 days of delivery. To report damage, email us at info@favorsandfrills.com or call toll free 800-899-7066.

NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your order is returned to us by the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS) due to delivery failure, we will contact you to request a new delivery address. You will be charged the shippers fee for re-shipping.

ADDRESS CORRECTION/UPDATE
In most cases, address corrections cannot be made due to the velocity in which shipments are made. If you submit an order and notice an error in the shipping address, please call us asap at 800-899-7066. We will make every effort to update the address, but may not be able to intercept the package.
Important: Shippers (UPS, FedEX, USPS) charge fees for address corrections. Something as simple as two digits transposed in a zip code will necessitate an address change by the carrier. We contract with the carrier to successfully deliver your order, and any additional cost for address modifications or shipping method upgrades will be passed on to you.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES
Unless otherwise stated in the products warranty statement, products which are accompanied by a warranty or guarantee (always explicitly stated in the product information page) will be accepted by the manufacturer for repair under their warranty policy as described in the warranty description of the product, regardless of customization. Requests for repairs or replacement parts must be directed to the manufacturer.
