Return Policy
At Favors and Frills, we are committed to your satisfaction with the quality of our merchandise and our customer service. We are confident that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.
Shipping fees are not refundable and shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized in any way.
We must be notified within 14 days of the time you receive your order if you wish to return any part of the order. Returns must be made within 30 days. Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Canceling Your Order
In most cases, we begin processing your items immediately and are unable to cancel an order. If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.
Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Items
On rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. Please contact us immediately (within 7 days) and we will see to it that the items are replaced. Please save the damaged or incorrect merchandise and packaging for a possible claim or return to us.
How To Return Items
Please email us at returns@favorsandfrills.com or call us at 1-800-899-7066 to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns that do not have an RA number on the return mailing label.
For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
Once you have shipped the returned items, we recommend emailing us at returns@favorsandfrills.com with the shipping method and tracking number. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card in 7-10 business days once we have received the returned items. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
